For a long time photography has been about location. Fields of wildflowers. Colorful urban walls. Symmetrical rows of trees draping a dirt road.
But photography should be about the situation, not just the location. I don’t just want to shoot your session or wedding, I want to present you with images that represent who you are.
Where do you find yourself at in your happiest moments? I want to meet you there with my camera, whether that be in your home or on a hike, and deliver images that you can pull out in 20 years and delight over. Life speeds by, circumstances change, and there will never be another right now.
For me, this is what it means when I say I want to Document Who You Are, Not Just What You Look Like.
