Beautiful! What gorgeous subjects. I love that the pictures are oozing with emotion, and I think that photographers capture this best when they care, like you do. I love that you got choked up just thinking about that moment between the moms. When you care about your subjects, it comes through in the pictures! Good job!!

Janie-I use a 50mm 1.4 90% of hte time because that is all I have (except the crappy kit lens that came with the camera). And if you’re wondering, the 1.4 is definitely worth the extra $$$ over the 1.8.
