After the session was over, Molly, Jonas, and I stood around for 10 minutes talking about favorite Dallas restaurants. Which is my way of telling you that they are a fun, easy-going couple who I loved spending time with. The two of them are getting married in just a few months, July 18 at Aldridge Gardens in Birmingham, AL, and it sounds like it will be a gorgeous wedding (as long as none of your guests show up wearing sports attire or jeans, right guys? )
I told Jonas I wanted him to post as if he was “checking Molly out”. Molly quickly indicated which body part he should be focusing on.
Molly and Jonas are a Match.com success story. Don’t they look hot together?
Deep Ellum never ceases to amaze me. There are so many different colors, patterns, and textures all within a few block of each other. I’ll be visiting this spot again soon (and unlike most spots I can actually remember where it is!)
It’s been awhile since I’ve put up a SOOC shot and I’m so in love with this one. No processing done on this whatsoever. I’m always amazed by what you can do with the right kind of light.
Love the yellow, love her smile.
THAT SHOT!
Molly and Jonas get bonus points for posing so well in front of a crowd (there was a ring of people gathering behind me watching them for this shot). We chose to meet up in Deep Ellum the same weekend as the art festival, which meant spontaneous sidewalk chalk art for the shots, but we had to deal with the crowds.
Molly says their first date occured because of a shared love for This American Life (something I love to listen to as well!).
Jonas, you have a nice smile.
Molly is the Alabama fan. He is the LSU fan. Football season = fun times for the two of them.
Mmmm, you know I love these steamy shots.
They asked me for a “mom shot”, sometimes referred to as a “newpaper shot”.
Jonas and Molly love to cook together. He cooks the delicious food, and she cooks the healthy dishes.
They love to laugh, as you can see, which made taking pictures a breeze for me.
Molly and Jonas, thanks for spending the evening with me. We just might have to meet up sometime after the wedding to try out one of those Dallas restaurants you reccomended.
Best,
Jenna
