Kathryn and Eric brought me flowers. How sweet is that? No surprise though, since they are one of the most sugary sweet delicious couples I’ve ever spent time with. I really, really hope we get to do it again sometime. Maybe in January of 2010?
Kathryn and Eric have been together for 8 years now. They met in middle school and began dating during their sophmore year of high school. The world is so fast-paced today that high school sweethearts aren’t something you hear about very often. We all move around like mad, doing internships, going to college across the nation, backpacking in foreign countries that sometimes we forget to slow down a little bit and enjoy the moment. These two know how to enjoy the moment and the time they have with each other.
Eric surprised Kathryn with a New Year’s proposal on a boat on the San Francisco Bay with fireworks exploding overhead. Very nice Eric! I wanted to type muy bueno but then I remembered you speak Portugese not Spanish. What’s “very good” back in Brazil?
Actually, Kathryn said she’s trying to learn Portugese so maybe she can teach us. Kathryn if you’d like to set up some kind of program where we get on each others cases about learning the languages of our respective husbands? You can work on your Portugese and I’ll get started on that Polish.
The spiciness between the two of them made me run home and throw my arms around my husband. I love how transparent they are about their feelings toward each other.
Oh yeah, the purple wall once again! I always keep an eye out for this favorite Deep Ellum spot of mine.
When I first saw this white line on my favorite blue wall I said “Oh dang, someone ruined my favorite wall.” Then I got home and saw this and realized I should be writing a thank you note to that graffiti artist because I think that the random wavy white line really makes the photo. And the darling couple making eyes at each other really helps things along too.
Kathryn and Eric are getting married on January 15, 2010 at Timarron Country Club in what they describe as a warm and intimate winter wedding. They’ll be surrounded by stone and wood beams and the ceremony will be performed by Eric’s father. Sounds beautiful don’t you think!
Kathryn rates Eric as the funniest person she knows and it shows in the pictures. Kathryn is laughing, smiling, and giggling in almost every single picture!
You’ve seen shots like this before. You know I *love* a good makeout shot.
THAT SHOT!
If every single one of my photographs looked exactly like this one I would be very happy with my protfolio. Kathryn those cheekbones! And those perfectly pink cupids bow lips!
Kathryn remember when I told you I like to be sneaky? This is one of those times. I love him kissing your shoulder and you with that big smile on your face. If only your front shoe was in focus instead of the back one it would be the perfect shot!
We finally found the American Flag wall (how many times have I been out there and I still seem to wander around trying to find that spot each time) and made a friend. The kind of friend that asks for money.
Luckily she didn’t pester us for too long and asked the two of them to pose with her flowers. Kathryn and Eric both handled the situation so graciously while I cowered behind my camera. Not cool Jenna Cole.
No offense to the flower lady but I like the dip photo without the flowers much better.
The sneakiest photo of all! And my second favorite of the bunch. No client would likely every choose a picture like this to hang up or put on their website, but I might. Actually I probably will.
These two are best friends, life partners, together forever. I just know it.
I love unique rings and Kathryn definitely has one. Love the shape of her diamond!
You two are so beautiful, both individually and together. I’m so happy we’ve found each other and I’m counting down the days until we get together again to decide if we’ll be getting together to do this all over again. With different outfits.
Best,
Jenna
